Please note that all products are made to order, so be sure to check your sizes as per the size guides before ordering. We can only issue refunds or exchanges for faulty products.

1. If the item is faulty, please accept our apologies; if you return it to us within 30 days of receipt, we will replace it at no extra cost (we will refund postage costs incurred to send items back up to £4.00).
